Office of SJTU

Shanghai Jiao Tong University Office (joined by the Party Committee Office and the President Office) is the department for overall party affairs and administrations. The responsibility of the university office includes serveing faculties, staff and students, providing advice for leaders, coordiating relationships of schools, departments and offices, and supervising the complete status of resolutions. The office plays a role as a key junction in university’s daily work. The University Office unites Reform and Development Research Office, the Security Committee Office, the Domestic Partnership Development Office, the Informatization Promotion Office as well as the Public Complaints and Proposals Office, the Legal Affairs Office and the Confidential Office.
