SJTU, HKUST and Chiba University Sign Cooperation Agreement

From April 24 to April 26, Lin Zhongqin, Vice President of SJTU and other representatives paid a visit to The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). On behalf of SJTU, Lin Zhongqin; Tony F Chan, President of HKUST; and Yasushi Saito, President of Chiba University signed the cooperation agreement on academic exchange among three universities.

During the visit to Hong Kong, Lin Zhongqin attended JSSHSC2013 (Joint Scientific Symposium of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, SJTU and Chiba University) and the three-university president symposium.

At the opening ceremony of JSSHSC2013, Lin Zhongqin expressed his gratitude to HKUST for their help and support

Du Chaohui, Deputy Dean of SJTU Graduate School; Zhang Weigang, Secretary of the Party committee of School of Naval Architecture, Ocean & Civil Engineering; Ma Ning, Vice Dean of School of Naval Architecture, Ocean & Civil Engineering and professors in biomedical engineering field also participated in the visit.
